As part of a renovation and addition that would provide a central location for Kent State’s art programs, Point of View Interior Design was responsible for all finishes and furniture selection. The striking presence of the red back painted glass on the two elevator walls function as a focal point in the public spaces. The color then fades to a neutral palette to be a backdrop for the art displays. A secondary color palette in classrooms and offices was chosen to promote a softer, calming, and contemplative atmosphere.
